    Just FYI- you may have the probe in the exact wrong spot. If it’s in the fat that runs between the 2 muscles it will read high and you will pull it too early. Double check to make sure it’s in the thickest part of the flat muscle under the fat. I don’t use probes anymore but when I did, I actually went in from the side to make sure I knew is was in the muscle. You can got through the top like you have it but I like to know I’m in the muscle. Trim and rub look spot on so you’re off to a good start!
