@ColtsFan - Nice move.  I signed up for their news email blasts and they are well managed (not nearly as frequent as SRF).  Lets you know of the upcoming deals.  I only buy when they advertise the free shipping as the $30 upcharge on a brisket (25% of total sale) moves me to SRF.

And just like that they are sold out of briskets. SRF and Creekstone are sold out too unless you want a 20 lb'er. Glad I got one!

@ColtsFan - This AM I opened their site and it showed brisket out of stock, after my checking yesterday based on the sale alertment email.  I called them (as I have been able to get one of the next processed reserved in the past).  The rep said to refresh their site and then brisket was available.   Who knows how this will continue to play...
I did just buy a 3 pack of Rockwood from Rockwood's site-not needed but good to get ahead of the curve.  However, I suspect the outdoor grilling season is rapidly closing for many.

We used to hang carcasses in the garage for processing.  I can vividly remember hoping off the school bus right out front while dad was processing a deer hanging for all the world to see.  Nobody cared because their dads were doing the same thing.  We did have a foreigner move in down the road, from California I think.  She was aghast, but nobody cared.

I had posted, on another thread, a complaint from a local about this practice (kinda surprising in utard) and the Letter to the Editor page got over 900 responses, a record to my knowledge.
I personally could care less, until my uphill neighbor flushes the blood/paint/ leaves into my gutter, and leaves it there.  Two uphill flushes/leaf-blowings later, he took the hint.

This is one of the great things about living in a little podunk rural community. We hang carcasses in the shade under the shed for skinning and rough butchering. Nobody even gives it a look.

I'm in the mental planning/visualization stages of building a place to process meats and sausage. I'm seeing a 20' container with a small walk-in freezer in the back and good refrigeration in the front. Maybe sporting a big solar panel just to be techie and cool...
I have the room, so why not?

yes 6 points on a 7/8 which should easily fit the 22 its supposed to be, that should be slightly loose, anything with more points and it looks like it will spin. and tight, the air gun wont turn some. my 3 foot breaker bar will need a pipe extension. i checked the metric sizes with a standard socket and the 22 is tight and the 23 tight on others.  my other thought is that they may have gotten slightly spun with the new tire change it came with.

I've never heard of such a thing.  Agree, good thing you didn't that flat, if you need an extension for a 3' breaker bar!

I need three different wrench sizes to change the oil on my BMW, but they're intentionally designed different sizes.
