I haven’t ordered it yet but I am thinking about ordering this adjustable rig combo rather than get a plate setter https://ceramicgrillstore.com/collections/big-green-egg-large-accessories-by-ceramic-grill-store/products/large-adjustable-rig-r-and-b-combo-bge

Pulled the trigger on that today.

I over seeded majority of my lawn this past weekend. I'm SOL for the next 5 weeks before I can run the sprayer around the yard for weeds. My goal is to keep up with dandelions. I really didn't feel like crawling around the yard and using a hand tool. So I did a little research on what's available.

It came down to Fiskars and Ames weeders. Both had great reviews. I ultimately went with the Ames. The construction of it appears to more heavy duty over the plastic Fiskars.

I was like a kid in the candy store using it this evening. What a fantastic and easy tool to use. Some people don't like the 1"+ hole it leaves in the grass. I don't see the reason why to wine about it. I just call it aerating the yard. Don't look for any Youtube videos for a review. They all suck.

If anyone hates picking dandelions I highly suggest this tool. Back and time saver.
    My 'special tool' for dandelions.

I had a meeting with my local bank yesterday and they said it is mandatory that I wear a mask. I have to admit it was kinda strange wearing a mask into a bank, I did take a pause and look up and down the sidewalk and said to myself “okay let’s do this”

The chlorinator cell consists of parallel titanium plates coated with ruthenium and sometimes iridium.  So maybe that makes it expensive...I dunno.

Well my hair is all 7/32 inches long as far as it can see now but I might need to buy a baseball hat. My dog sat there and watched me with a puzzled look on his face. I might leave it this way until next winter.

Bought a FireBoard thermometer etc. to remotely monitor my smoking. Had a Thermoworks Smoke, but after 2 yrs I've been replacing too many probes that fail for no reason I can fathom. The FireBoard has an excellent app that plots the temperature of up to 6 probes and allows lots of customization of the graphing. Maybe overkill, but it's useful to monitor several pieces and places of meat at once.

No idea, I just went on the website and saw that one accessory for a large was labeled free shipping. Might have just been a weekly special and I didn’t look at XL accessories.

Improved my stock. If I run out of food I’m gonna need a drink for sure. Bought the last 2 bottles of Blantons and was talked into the Oceans by the romantic tale of its making. The Weller is a no brained add on for delicious cocktails, high proof

I was able to do curbside pick up with them. They also seem to be the cheapest in price.

I got it curbside, but it was going to take an hour to get it after arriving at the curb. I just went in and bought it...
