OT-What are you buying right now?

Just bought a Catskill Craftsmen edge grain cutting board.  Needed that size (19 x 14.5 x 2) or so I said... I have one of their end grain boards at 24" to wrestle with briskets and it is a quality piece of work.  I am at the cutting board limit-an even smaller wood board of unknown origin is not listed here.  
Sorry for the margins here-can't reduce them-at least with my skill set.

Hahahaha I did that with my iPhoneX last weekend (well my wife gathered my pants up and tossed them in the washer while I was showering).  It was only a month past the 2 year mark I was devastated.

Just ordered up a few pairs of AXIL tactical ear plugs (discounted). One set is free (shipping charge only) and two more sets at a reduced rate. Figured I'd use one for now and then decide what I'll do with the others. Maybe keep one set in the truck, one for garage/shop use and the other for range use. Of course, I might test out one set the next time we have a family dinner since my sister (and the rest of them) are too F'ing loud. Seems like they always end up yelling when at the dinner table. I've had to leave the table more than a few times due to the db level from them.

Am only knowledgeable about application for music, but would custom earplugs make sense for youR application? I got custom ones made about 10 years back and they were some of the best money I ever spent. They cut out frequencies evenly, meaning that the sound is true, albeit at a lower volume. Highly recommend.

You’re right about the rods. I’ve had good luck with the Avid X series and the Glass crankbait rods. I’m interested in trying out this DC reel to see what all of the fuss is about with the digital
brake. I’ve been fishing with the Bantam and love it.

@coltsfan i'd think they'd have better luck selling the bottles individually.  it's delicious bourbon but you'd have to be a heck of a fan to want all 6

I tried buying just year 20 and 21. I told them I'd check back in a month after they couldn't sell the set for $1999
