You know you’re into BBQ real deep when you buy a commercial garage to “store cooking gear for Brisket Camp.”nolaegghead said:
Yep. Been renting a few years, bought it. I store cooking gear there for Brisket Camp and plenty of junk.wardo said:

Am I the only one bothered by the fact that every purchase now encourages a product-related app download? Who has the space to download or the patience to navigate all of these? Half the time, they’re not even beneficial. Just gimmick for the sake of appearing current. Rant over.SamIAm2 said:Getting ready to transfer all of our LP's and cassettes to digital format.
Think these will make cleanup of the audio files a bit easier. Ear buds weren't hacking it.
Bought these today with gift cards I received at Christmas. Trying to decide if I want to download and Install their Capture app. -
@shtgunal3 and @Gamecockeggman i am going to pick up one of those NRA or an XL tomorrow. Any suggestions?Gamecockeggman said:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
Both, but one will hold much better resale value....Mickey said:

Honestly, I bought it back in the summer and haven’t even shot it. I do like the way it feels in the hand and the round capacity is awesome for a subcompact.Mickey said:

Pulled the trigger on a SB15 brace and buffer tube via OpticsPlanet tonight while they're still doing 10% off (orders over $100). Need this one for the AR9 pistol I'll be building (once I've finished the 80% lower).

Been looking for a nice set of beer glasses for awhile but couldn’t make my mind up. These should be here Saturday for testing.

Picked up my second Sig P365 SAS. Really like this gun.

Couple toys for the summit charcoal. Pizza and smash burgers are on this weekend.

@lit I like the shape of that beer glass, but honestly I don't need to read "tubby" every time I pick it up.

Here’s one of the small walls in progress. They will be adding stone to the existing concrete foundation as well. Hand breaking all of that stone is brutal work. I break a sweat watching those guys.Sea2Ski said:
Going to post the before/progress/after? I hope so I love projects like that.DoubleEgger said:A new car’s worth of stone retaining walls and stone steps around the house. My new milling vise arrived Friday (UPS driver wanted to know what was in the box)...

It's replacing, or at least taking over most duties, from a 4" vise I bought some years back.
I had to machine the vise keys to fit the 1/2" t-slots in the table. Basically, needed to machine .110" off of them so they would fit. Used the 4" vise to do that.
BTW, it's a Shars 202-1015 vise. No base, so it tips the scales at 88# by itself.
