My wife reminded me when I left that I am driving Sunday, not a passenger on a plane. Not sure what that has to do with anything...

@johnnyp Go to Kelleys (@EggObsessed) web page . They have the recipe and the kit to do this. I did them at the N Texas BBQ Brethren Bash and they are great!

Awesome job with all the food- especially to you guys organizing this!  Glad we were able to make it!  Won't need to eat again until next weekend!!!

What a great time! Thanks to everyone who was involved in putting this thing on. Especially all the ones out there doing the cooking today. The food was great! It was great meeting you all today! We hope to be back next year!

Hate I couldn't make it- son's baseball game ran long and timing didn't work.  Looks like a really great time. Hope this is an annual event- hopefully I can make next year. Dang all these kids sports

13 - Taco #1 from yours truly.  Shrimp taco marinaded with green onion, lemon zest, anchio chili powder, jalapeno, honey, salt, pepper, and mango.  Topped with a mango and chipotle BBQ sauce, topped with pickled red onions, citrus slaw, cotina cheese, and cilantro.  All on a homemade tortilla.  



14 - Off the chain gyros from @DoubleEgger .. All I have to say is "WHOOOOOOOO".  Another one of my favorites.  



15 - @DoubleEgger posing beside his station.  Gyros were on point.  



16 - I tell you what, this guy, @bgebrent , stuck with me pretty much the whole time.  Dude is a damn work horse (and wife too).  He knows his way around a makeshift kitchen too!  Appreciate your help Brent as well as your lovely wife. 



17 - Second taco from me.  Char sui marinaded pork belly, thin Asian style sauce, pickled red onion, Asain slaw, and green onions.

That's all from me.  I sucked at documenting this from the camera.  There was so much other great food that I didn't capture, and I hate that.  We had an AWESOME group of folks come out to cook and help. Visitors appear to have been impressed and well fed.
