All I could think was that I'll probably need a 65 if my bladder is really full...XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

I have an expected ship date of 12/4 for a tan 45 ordered on 8/19.Southeast Florida - LBGE
In cooking, often we implement steps for which we have no explanations other than ‘that’s what everybody else does’ or ‘that’s what I have been told.’ Dare to think for yourself. -
I'd be curious to know the production time/amount on these. Having a few coolers trickle out here and there is interesting.Steve

I know the molds for these coolers are very expensive and only last for "x" number of coolers so depending on set up size, production runs might not be massive right now.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

It's a large space but I know they have some other ventures besides just the coolers. No idea how many employees or number of coolers they move per week or month. I'm planning on getting rid of both my Pelican coolers and my one small Yeti and getting a RTIC 45 and 20 to go with my 65. They are great coolers for the money right now. I know many are frustrated with the wait.
Any Houston area Eggers that have a cooler ordered and are tired of waiting I will gladly give you one of my new, unused RTIC 65 quart white coolers in trade for your cooler whenever it comes in. White or Tan in return, I don't care...please, only if you purchased before today.lol

Ok , I got my shipping notice. It said UPS Ground. Thought this was to be 2 day shipping??? Do ya think the Ga shipping depot is already in operation? Just wondering if I'll really see my 20 in 2 shipping days... Anxious in JawjaLBGE, AR. Lives in N.E. ATL

Did those of you who've received them get ups ground or ??? Just curiousLBGE, AR. Lives in N.E. ATL

Mine was shipped ground but the main office is very close and I had mine next day.
With the weight of the coolers 2 day ground is probably the fastest they will ship.
Shipping is their specialty, full time gig, so don't be surprised if you get it in 2 days.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
I'm hopeful their estimated 11/14 ship date holds true. Can't wait!

@scmoose...
Hope you get it sooner. Sorry to hear about delay.
My other 65 tan is not due till next year but I don't really need it till spring. Not a big deal. Patients is something I have gotten much better at with things like this.
I have bought several things from starter companies over the last couple years.
If it's a must gave item I buy local. The coolers really are nice. You will be impressed...Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -
That's puts me more than 90 days as advertised.

Got a generic email response saying demand is higher than expected. What does current demand have to do with when I placed my order. My place in line shouldn't change no matter how many people continue to place orders.

My only guess, is that they are ordering in bulk for better manufacturing rates. The longer they wait to place a manufacturing order = more units per order = greater profit margin for them. Greater profit margin = sooner they produce other products like cups, etc.
They may have a rate for 500 per batch, but the 1,500 batch cost per unit may be 60% of the 500 per batch.

got another email staiting they havnt shipped any tan coolers yet. So has anyone recieved a tan cooler yet?
