My brother, my sat diving days ended in 2002. I’m just to old now. The under water pics are from OTS & MTS ROV’s.

Yahoo just released some info into the NCAA probe. UK, Duke, Kansas, Texas, UNC. All the big name teams apart of it. Players current and former taking money from agents. Going to be interesting.

    Really, is anyone remotely surprised?
Maybe surprised that something actually came out. But that it was taking place?  Doubt it.

Likely to be interesting if coaches were involved. Stupid kids, do things that are stupid.
I think, if the University is involved, that is where it gets real in a hurry.
UK will be ok. We have Teflon Cal, nothing sticks. However, If I am a lower program, like Duke, that suddenly starts getting top players, I would be worried, especially since they brought in a coach, already guilty of NCAA violations for recruiting, for exactly this same situation.
Just sayin' UK might get to throw out the NIT season. Duke has to throw out NCAA championships.
    Too bad.

I don't know if it's cheating with some of this.  The one UNC player they mentioned said the guy had dinner with an agent and the agent picked up the tab.   There was a list of guys who had dinner with the same agent.

Agent can't pick up a college players tab?  NCAA makes a killing off these non-pro athelets.

Whose rules are they violating?  NCAA's own internal rules?

The NCAA's ridiculous rules against anything benefiting students beyond tuition and room and board.  They NCAA once sent a notice of violation to Rick Majerus when he was at Utah for providing 'excessive benefits' for giving a player a ride to the airport and buying him a meal after the player's father died.

The NCAA is as corrupt an organization as the IOC and FIFA.

As I understand the extent of the Yahoo reporting as it relates to Duke, Wendell Carter and his family reportedly received a $70 meal from an agent.

Perhaps there's a lot more that's not being reported yet, but at the moment I kind of doubt this will result in the 2015 championship being rescinded.   I mean... Carter wasn't even playing for Duke yet.

I was just having some fun, was fully expecting to see "The Shot" again.
I think UK might have the bigger problem than Duke. But nobody knows. A spread sheet is evidence but it does not prove anything yet.
    We will see.

    Pic from under sink.

Yeah well, my railroad spike could have done that when I was 14.  =)

I was suppose to been home Jan 28th. However the current out here has been consistently over 2 knots. As such we have been here on stand bye waiting on the loop current to finally move out. As such, I don’t know when I will be in. If the current moved tomorrow, it would only take about 5 days to lay the last reel and install the PLEM.
Some of the pics are pretty good all things considered. However it usually takes a while to get a clear pic after bottom touchdown. The silt looks like an atomic explosion afterwards and takes a while to move away or settle.
Here is a robotic arm doing a cable transfer at a depth of 4,017 feet. Turned out pretty clear.
