    Roccboxing

Is that the same as this “hot boxing” I’ve heard about?

    Cursing a damn tooth.
#30 started hurting again (this after two root canals and an abscess), cracked again (have no idea, on what).  Will be pulled 0730 tomorrow morning and "hopefully" an implant post put in.  I'll be out around $8,000 when this is all over, all for a tooth that got pulled anyway.  F*ck.
The tooth implant commercials on TV show WalMart customers going in first thing in the am, and exiting "same day" with two full bridges of new choppers; my dentist wants the post to "grow in" for four months before adding the crown.  Wonder if they're slightly different procedures, or.....?

I think it’s best to stay away from Walmart dental. Stay the course.

Leftover Spatchcock chicken breast and Alfredo sauce, fresh garlic, and dried parsley. Didn't have enough sauce so I mixed in some homemade IP yogurt. All over angel hair pasta. Yum

These were around 12”.  They’re not huge, but plenty big for a meal.

Not much of a recipe since I just used a basic pesto base,  then I threw on some rotisserie chicken and red onions, topped with shredded mozz.  The wife and I have had variations of this at a couple of places over the years.  The toppings work really well together.

Ha!  Thanks.  I think I’m fully down the rabbit hole, because I think they left a lot to be improved.  Still figuring out a lot when it comes to the dough, hydration, etc.

The wife just got home from thrift store shopping.  She bought a brothers scan and cut machine (I'm as clueless as you guys, she is the crafty person in the family) for $20.  She assumed it was last years technology.  Well when we started looking it wasn't.  A $340 machine! Some rich b got it for Christmas and just took it to the thrift shop.

My youngest boy found a railroad spike.  He won't own up to it,  but I think he was washing it in the bathroom sink.
