@Jeremiah - congrats on the self-initiative. I'm sure you have a solid gut feel regarding this major life changing move and thus will bring it home.
He!! after juggling all the recent real estate challenges this should be fairly straight-forward.
I am confident and wish you every success. You've got this!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Awesome @Jeremiah. I’m excited for you.

Buying stock in Vaseline-the HVAC issue of last Saturday morphed (as regrettably expected) into a major system replacement. I guess I can't complain as the inside air handler unit is 30+ years old. Associated heat pump (source of failure) is 16+ years. With the new refrigerant compounds a new heat pump unit is now incompatible with the air handler...surprise, surprise. BOHICA...

Just returned from a local gun & knife show. It was fairly OK, but most of the gurls/ women were named Angel, but their tats said angle....I'm perplexed.
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

@bucky925 - Given it is Saturday the show likely runs Sunday. I could give you some drillin' and geometry suggestions to go back and resolve the conflict you have experienced but for the sake of this thread I will let you sort it out solo.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.
