The backyard fire playground is growing.

Just pulled the trigger on a BillyBob Grill, the "Big Daddy", cold roll, 7/8" x 60" rod, 2 14" x 16" grates.  Jerry threw in an extra 7/8" x 40" rod to take camping for free, nice guy.  60" rod will be permanent in the backyard.  Pretty stoked.

Shout out to @Killit_and_Grillit for the lead on this slow $$$ burn.

missed it the first read thru, no roasting the bones.  found the culantro maybe 5 years ago, really makes a good addition, flavor even holds up as an herb on roasted meats

Yeah, I roasted the bones the first time and was dissapointed.  This recipe is solid.  The culantro looks like it would taste like grass clippings but it really makes it good.  Expensive. The basil was a buck.

the culantro isnt from the asian market here, we have a huge puerto rican/ dominican crowd that buys it, really inexpensive at the local market.  always get some when cooking shrimp tacos

Depending on SEC tourney, we'll earn a 6 and get an 8. Duke will earn a 3 and get a 1.  Makes sense.
