    Been at work since 6...

What about the 12 weeks of paternity leave. . .

To clarify, we found out it was a boy via ultrasound last night.  Due date this summer. I realized this morning that my wording could have been misleading.

As for paternity leave, I can use my vacation if I want.  Otherwise its unpaid.  I would love to see maternity (and possibly paternity) benefits get expanded.  But, for now, we'll make due.

Ahhhh.  I wondered why no pictures!  Well congrats!  Carry on. I think I was back at work within 24-48 hours of having the last 3.  I know it is often said, but enjoy each moment/time flies.  My 12, almost 13 year old is 3 years from drivers training.  I can remember the stress of being at the hospital during his birth like it was yesterday.

Gonna trim up this 8.75 lb monster tenderloin for tonight. The chain will go to burgers, and I may cut the head off and make as a separate small roast. Not sure yet.

Huh?? You went there not me.  Didn’t even think about it.

    Anyway...  done.

@JohnInCarolina - Great outcomes right there.  I'm guessing you are running with the hi-speed gas option right now?
Yes.   I’ll try wood at some point, but for now as I’m learning how to use the RB, gas is the way to go.
@JohnInCarolina are you a big fan of the Roccbox now? I do fancy one of these.

Had a day out round the lake here today. Weather is cold, freezing overnight but sunny. There is a hot spring on the lake with a pool by the restaurant at the top and then one low down only exposed when the water level is low. Dom was first in.

Because the Spanish don't seem to go out in the winter, there were only 2 other people there. The drive down was a bit rough, but it's a rental car, so no problem.

AD is a great guy. Huge fan. Most talented basketball player to go to UK that I can think of.

I am.  I can highly recommend it.  The build quality is very high, and it’s easy to use.

    Enjoying a King Kong stack:

Hashbrowns, jalapeno bacon, hashbrowns, ham slice , hashbrowns, pulled pork, bacon, roasted hatch chilli, eggs, gouda cheese sauce.

Super good, but can't find it on my Fitness pal app.

Haha.  This is for Pizza tomorrow night.  My kids haven’t had any of it so far, but we’ll have them make their own pies tomorrow night and see how it goes.

Getting the pool prepped for summer.  Its rough, but someone has to do it.  Think I might add a heater soon so I don't waste December through February.

Started working on camp food cooking this week. We go canoeing for a week or so every year in the BWCA, and hopefully going to bring some good food this year.

Made an oven out of an old jello mold pan, and a 9" pan for the top. Made a descent blueberry muffin and pizza today, the first time using it (learned about it this morning). Have a lot of learning to do, a few bugs to work out, but this thing could be game changer for eating in canoe territory. People make cobbler, cakes, egg bake and a bunch of other food with this setup.

Using an MSR dragonfly for a stove, and found a good use for the thermo that came with my egg!!! Also made scrambled eggs and pancakes using the dragonfly and an 8" pan. Not quite the same doing that on the Blackstone!!!

Good day at the Florida State Fair w/ my daughter's rabbit.  We might be buying a 4h/FFA cow soon.  Anyone on here w/ expertise?  Leaning Santa Gertrudis?  WTF am I thinking?
