Nothing really I did, but pretty proud. My daughter's TSA team placed 2nd in regionals today in the Electronic Research & Experimentation event. They're going to states in April. They did an automated irrigation system. They built a circuit that turns the irrigation system on/off based on soil moisture levels. For states they're looking to upgrade to a solar panel/battery to power it and using a micro-controller to run the system.

Third consecutive fun in the snow commute to work.  Falling back, behind the plow, is a good move.

Declared donut day on the way in.  3 Charge RNs called in last night, all Flu positive...a rare obstacle.  A few picked up doubles, or came in to work an off shift, to help.

The recipe calls for one 4lb Chuck. They came in a two pack at Sam's Club. The two chucks were closer to 6lb total. So I doubled everything else in the recipe and went with two pans.

Someone on my Farcebook noted it was the only sport that featured double chins.

Heard a great quote last night watching the mixed doubles - apparently that’s a new event.  The commentator was explaining how much faster the 2-person game is “you really don’t even have time to think.”
