Dang @SGH, that is one hell of a welder, it rotates around the two pipes yes? Think that OverHead Door was made just down the street from me. Had one like it at the KSC Visitors Center Atlantis building. Still can't believe that pipe gets rolled up on a reel and the weld doesn't break. Awesome and thanks.

Thank you,  with my grandmother watching and instructing I stand pretty good odds of it turning out well.  87 years of experience sure helps!

@GrillSgt I went to the rv storage lot today to retrieve the xmas gifts from the camper. Noticed an rv with "Grill Sgt" on the front. Couldn't figure out where I've seen that moniker before. Lol.

Pulled the turkey off at 6:00 with breast internal temp of 166, thigh at 185.
Rested with AL tent for 30 minutes and then cut up by hand. Poured drippings into both pans.
Have turkey broth made from back and innards if I need to add more moisture tomorrow during reheating. Pans now covered and in storage area reefer. Air sandwich is rolling through the house right about now. You all have a great Christmas.

All jokes aside, got an anus stew going now. If time allows, we may throw a little rectum in to boot.

Had my dad’s side of the family over for the annual Christmas Eve gathering.  Hosted about 40.

Last one just left.  Happy to finally kick the feet up.

Just got back from the candel light service. Now we are cooking in preperation for a full day of family and food.  Also I'm enjoying my world famous holiday punch.  ;)

My father became a Baptist because they had a better softball team.  True story.

I was raised in a very conservative Baptist church, so I can say these things. My parents still attend there.

AS I have posted before.  Do you know why you invite 2 baptist to your cook out?  If you only invite one he will drink all your beer.

Or, do you know the difference between Baptists and Methodists? Methodists will speak to each other in the liquor store.
