@Sea2Ski - either your inventory management program needs work you are gonna have a great time.  BTW- definitely up-scale as I don't see any twist-off caps.  ;)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Fear not the twist-off cap; 2~5% of corks end up skunking before being drunk.

If undocumented immigrants are "freeloaders" mooching off the system, why are ICE agents raiding workplaces to find them?

@Jeremiah I thought about that side of the buy but in deference to the recent box-wine posts I decided to pass.  Besides beer beats wine any day of the week.  I hope the preceding comment doesn't fire-up the oenophiles-need to preserve this thread.

@WeberWho that is a great finish shot and ring right there.  You definitely laid the smoke to it.  Congrats on nailing the cook.  No worries here- I never focus beyond the protein.  Dang!
What is the wrap of choice in the top shot?  Looks too shiny for butcher paper.

    Hopefully both.

Inventory management needs work, and we are going to have an important guest stop by in a couple of weekends, so we must be prepared. Might still need another run.

Most of these wines are our regulars on our table, with a few new for a change of pace.  Mostly, this was a spare of the moment bumping up of stock on some of those regular favorites. If any do end up going to twists, so be it. Sure we will miss the romance and Pavlovic (is that a word?) reaction to hearing the pop of a cork, but knowing we are going to like what is in the bottle will be reassuring.

Now that I look at that picture, I am thinking we are going to need more... I will use Thanksgiving for that the excuse for that trip.

@Sea2Ski - You sacrificing beer space to wet-age some protein??
BTW- that is a healthy beer fridge.  I get the sacrificial anode in play.  ;)

@lousubcap I agree beer is better than wine, but only when you want a beer. That is when I go to the beer fridge and not the cellar.  The beer fridge is fairly well stocked and has has a visitor to fill up the empty space.

    I hate my life.

    Thanks! @lousubcap

The wrap is white butcher paper from Sam's Club. After a short rest off the smoker it was FTC.

Only thing I can figure out is maybe that's how they let them know it was an online order? It's $0.00, so I really don't care.

Scratch that, I see there's already a line for Online Order. So no idea.
