I don't know, but those should work just fine.  The rust pic didn't look too good, unless your anemic.
I know some are flimsy, and are useless when they bend out of alignment.

I think Wusthof makes one too.  Tweezers must be a German thing?

I just now remembered (before ordering) that I already own the Wusthof's you mentioned above.  They were not bought for the kitchen so I completely forgot about them.  

I think I'm losing it - how does one forget they own a pair of giant tweezers?

I'm sure he realizes that his boiled brisket thread could suffer from the same sort of attack. If not, he does now.

Anybody know what the current count delta is? Could probably graph a trend line to project when these streams may cross.

@HeavyG I did a quick search back and found the brisket thread (w/o having to select it and surface it again).  It has 403.4 K views and 678 comments.
