Pulled Boston Butt after 13 hour cook with internal temp at 204 degrees in several locations. Bone came out easy.
Rested for 20 minutes and then pulled with two forks. Mixed in some Carolina style vinegar sauce and 4Rivers sauce.
SWMBO said air sandwiches weren't good enough but will wait for lunch tomorrow. Who am I to argue? Thanks for looking.Ubi panis, ibi patria.

First batch in the unmarked Griswold #11 cornbreadstick pan went well this morning. Son-of-a-biscuit.
This pan has been a major pita, q-tips and all. Back to the seasoning drawing board.
There is potential in that pile.

been one of those weeks so far, filling the rtic with ice and beer. power went out sunday at camp, drove home early monday to find out power is out at home til maybe saturday. find out monday a friends son overdosed, saw it coming for a while, did a long stint, got out recently, now leaves behind a new bride and 6 month old. with all the downed trees and powerlines and missing patrol cars, the kids are having a field day, swastikas painted everywhere in my neighborhood
