Ice fishing. Premade chili on the egg and reheated on the stove.

Wish I was there. Can't do that here, and sounds like fun. I work for corporate HQ in Minneapolis and hear about it all the time.WeberWho said:

On other fronts, I need to hit the sack. Need to get up at 4:30AM and pick up my buddy to fish Port Sulfur. The fog will be thick, and I'm planning on extra time to drive and navigation with the Lowrance. If I don't make it back, enjoyed my time here with all you a-holes. That's a sincere statement.

There was a Daytona on one of the car shows that they put back to an OE green similar to above, but that had previously been changed to the usual red as well.YukonRon said:

So if I take Mr. Boyette's profound experience on this, my dinner parties, require us to finish inside the fridge, instead of picking at the table, while talking and having wine, as we have done the last 200 times?JohnInCarolina said:

I am sure that there are instances, say for much longer holds, where you do want to monitor the temp. Although @DMW pointed out that the food safety folks say it's the surface temp that matters, not the interior.YukonRon said:

In any case, in all likelihood, a 4-hr FTC brisket hold is not something to go all commando on."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike
