Hey if anyone is interested, probably this is directed to locals, but if you want to come down for it:
I will find out if this is a certainty tomorrow, but looks like I'm going to be captain of a team at the Louisiana crawfish competition thing again - April 1st. Have some slots open for slaves, I mean, team members. Anyone interested, PM me. Prerequisites: you have to be ambulatory and have a functional liver. And put up with scottie's anus.
This will be the 3rd year I've done it and it's a lot of fun. We bring an egg and a blackstone and cook for everyone, and boil crawfish. Hundreds of pounds of them. The whole event boils 25,000 pounds of crawfish. Last two years we were next to the hooters girls, not sure if that's the case this year.

Just made lamb koftas for the kids, but had to take a call before getting a picture, then they were all gone. Doing steak later, Egg smouldering for a bit until it's time to put them on.
