@Ozzie_Isaac - somehow for me SRF and chili do not make a match. But if you can justify it then that's all that matters. I cubed, braised, and used the liquid fat to cook down the onions.
Honestly, my cook was so/so on the brisket outright. Not real pleased, so I am hoping I can salvage by making a solid pot of chilli.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
