Daughter baking cookies at her grandmas.  I said she could have one cookie.  Guess which one she made?  She followed the letter of the law, if not the spirit.

Yeah. I go by grate with a thermapen to get dialed in. I don't have an ATC. Reloaded and burned off the nasties and finished it up. Just never seen it go that quick. Last rib cook was 5 plus and still had enough to do burgers and dogs. IDK...

Something is wrong. You should easily be able to do twice that. Not enough fuel maybe

My sister in law asked my 4 year old niece if she ate all the meat off her bone before getting a second helping. Her reply, "I ate all the chicken off the bone."

I just got refused a ride on a kids train for being to "large". What is this a little mans world? My wife snapped a pic just as I started cussing and raising hell. I won the argument, I got to ride on the xuv. I wasn't leaving without a ride. Even if it was in a police car.

Ribs off the pit barrel cooker. Good, but not amazing. Will go a bit longer next time, and will add spritzing. Wanted to get a baseline first. Neat cooker though.
Fooled me... those are some of the better looking ribs I've seen.
