@DMW - I see a bigger house on the horizon just to hold all the Q toys.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Brunswick stew about to start and some Mexican cornbread to follow for halftime of the birds game. A pound of hanger steak seated on the mini and 2 pounds of rough chopped pork going in. Never made this before lots of ingredients for this.

@Lit
Looking good brother. Standing by for the finale. If time ever allows and you want try something a little different, try making your own chicken stock for the stew. Use fresh gizzards split down the center and chicken backs. You talk about a killer stock my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Just took delivery of a rick of air-dried cherry to feed my new habit. Now I've got some splitting and stacking to deal with. All so I can " burn wood in the neighborhood."

@lousubcap - Looking forward to seeing what you crank out on the Lang. The current housing situation is what drove me to the 17" BS instead of the 36". We're in the midst of painting the kitchen, family room, and two of the bedrooms. We replaced almost all of the appliances this summer. I don't think we're going anywhere any time soon. I need to decide what I want to do with the back yard this winter and get it started first thing next spring. I'm thinking a fairly basic concrete pad with some covered area. I'll keep at least one cooker up on the deck, everything else will end up down there.
