There really is nothing like it. You just have to do the leg work. It's trial and error I've had plenty of errors and still not out of the woods.Botch said:

My brother in law just stopped by to pick up my Blackstone. I just don't have the room for it and I didn't use it as often as I should.

The 17 inch kind of gives me the best of both worlds.....griddle when I need it....easy storage when i don't. (Sometimes I don't have the cook space I would like....but just double down (kind of like DoubleEgger) on the cook itself. Same reason I got the 17". Would have loved the 36", but I don't have room for it on the patio. Only place would have been the garage, but then I would never use it.Rowlett, Texas

Just trimmed and rubbed a choice brisket. Was 15.17# pre-trim, didn't weigh what I trimmed off.


Has a nice thick flat, will put it on in an hour or so. XL is coming up to temp.They/Them
