It sold out immediately, but professional chefs are panning it hard. It's their less-powerful "tilting-head" design, and a wooden bowl can't be chilled effectively, needs to be oiled after every use, which will kinda screw up your egg whites.
It looks nice, though.Visalia, Ca @lkapigian -

I ended up with 38 lbs of finished product. It’s all vacuum sealed and in the freezer for now. This was the prep cook for an event on Oct. 5. I’ll do one for show and reheat this.I’ll make a thread after the event an upload the pics.~ John - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

Country style ribs. I've only ever seen them from the pork shoulder. These are beef and came from Aldi. Anyone familiar with the beef version and what cut they come from?LBGE, LBGE-PTR, 22" Weber, Coleman 413GGreat Plains, USA

@dbCooper - no clue on beef country ribs but I am confident they will beat their pork cousins. Way to give them a run.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
