I am not a fan of wood chucks. Also, I would go light on the wood chunks. I find chicken is very sensitive to wood flavors. I do like lighter fruit woods though.MasterC said:I promise I will not add a wood chuck next time.

This lump burnt very clean. Even when backing down the temperature from 500 to 300 degrees the smoke was barely present. This seemed odd to me as it's never happened to me, never.

I fahking hate scented trash bags. too cheap to throw them away, took them to the basement for the can down there, and now they are back in my kitchen.

Learn something new dang near every day here. I need to get out more...did not know that there is such a thing as prior to use "scented" trash bags. It's not like the bags don't acquire a scent during their deployment...
