I wish I could help but I’m at a loss. I took a shot and looked on my 1968 Mercury 20 h.p. outboard. I don’t see anything that resembles it.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.

Almost looks like a fuel pump with a line to mix in oil.

Is it a pump somehow assisting in cooling water intake/discharge?

Or its a fuel pump for a 1985 Honda Shadow.

Ohh and also didn’t win any part of the stone sheep hunt raffle or high powered critter getter in contention .

started looking around last night and there was a big game draw still open .. so put in for Bighorn.. realistically just got a bonus point … maybe there’s next year.

Going to try and shoot some bows Tomorrow if I get up in time

Some kind of solenoid to open and close that line? Probably don't need it.

I just had my Hoyt CRX-35 retimed and looked over.  Mine is about 10 years out of date, but still shoots better than I can.

    Not right now but recently
    1) fixed garage opener for a neighbour: loose chain, travel limit adjustments, missing trolley overshoot stop, random power cutoff due to a loose terminal. ‘Rewarded’ with a bottle of Irish cream  :)
    2) swapped out a punctured bicycle tire tube, can’t believe it’s my first time! Guess over the years kids just outgrew the bikes, bikes got stolen or left behind, gave them away, just plain lucky, …

Has inner tube patching gone away?  Had a uncle teach me the skill when was probably nine or younger.  Replacing tubes was a last resort in those days.

Yes. Since the depression era. I was surprised to find out my Specialized S-Works Epic mountain bike was tubeess!  I promptly had tubes installed to give me an extra barrier of protection.  I'm not all about ounces.

I opened a box I bought about 9 months ago probably more... It is my new nest for the large. Much assembly required. I closed the box. That's enough for today.  Planning on a new Rutland gasket which I've had on the shelf for a while. New nest. New handler.  I've had all parts for quite a while. As I have a warranty replacement base here as well. Someday.

I go tubless with sealant.  On my downhill bikes I run tubless, sealant, and cushcore.  Heavy as hell, but no pinch flats and limits damage to my wheels.

Where I was growing up, DIY wasn't a thing. Nowadays folks hire tradesperson to assemble IKEA-type furniture there!

And now? You know I'm an extreme redneck DIYer, but why bother  ;)
