It has been a while since I clicked on the forum Activity page, so I went today and… lol.

Not sure what to say about all of that, but “rent free” does come to mind…
Scroll down and you'll find more gems 😂
I have never used that "activity" link from my phone.  I wonder how the algorithm works for that?
I think it just grabs anything written on walls and any kind of changes made to forum pics, apparently.  You can access it on the phone from the same tab in the upper left that lets you see other categories.

A little too cool for the beach scenery.
And that would explain the 2 AM post  today.

Filing small claims lawsuit. Non-paying customer.  I found out where he was staying so that was able to be put into motion.

Liked it, not because you have a non-paying customer, or having to go to court, but because you found the bum and hopefully will receive some remedy.

Europe definitely has the best beaches.   In Mexico, you can tell if the people are from Europe or North America.

I used a collection agency for anything less than 500$ @kl8ton that worked well. If I could get them to write a bad check in NC and it bounced I could take it to the courthouse house and they would collect for me.

Tan lines or not...the dead ringer.  Spent two years living on Sardinia (being a sailor, on the water) and the visuals were quite impressive in the summer when Northern Europeans descended.

It's about 4k. He was using a stolen credit card taken from his ex wife. Took a couple months because I tried running it for a 3rd month and it was declined. Then I lost the money from previous months because he stole the card and charges were reversed. Meanwhile it's winter and he is using $500 per month in electricity. Then he was sorry and then his retirement check was late and then his new gal was going to pay with crypto and then he was waiting for a $29m inheritance check once the gold in Belgium was sold and then a repo company called me to get his motorhome. Somehow he paid that bill and didn't get it taken away. I then kicked him out.

In your state are you allowed to seize his personal property and sell it to cover debts if he has it on your property he is "renting/leasing" from you?  In AZ you cannot, but if he has abandoned it you can legally sell it, assuming you sent a letter and posted it on the house.

Not a landlord tenant situation which is nice. Immediate ejection is an option.  Sometimes I have to show the sheriff the law. Understandable.  Not sure of seizing property.
