Egg-friends;  @eoin and I and uncertain if you Ameriky's are familiar with the pork scratching?

Pork rind, fried and salted.  Best eaten with a few beers.
Go on Ed, show them what you've got.

The Yank version I am familiar with are called pork rinds on this side.  About the same recipe.
Now we do amp it up a bit with pork cracklins which are pork rinds with some extra fat attached.   This excess fat provides a meatier texture and a more intense flavor than traditional pork rinds.  Supposedly first created in Louisiana.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

So it's SWMBO's birthday.  I wondered to myself if she would like some earrings and then I thought to myself;  whats's better than earrings?
Pork based earrings, that's what!   36 inches of them.

Yes, my pjs do say Mr Grumpy and that's for good reason before 2 x cups of tea and a strong coffee.

Awesome.  I am trusting that your wife had nothing but delight for receiving 36 inches on her birthday...

You'll notice that the 36inches is incremental.   The gift that keeps on giving.

Watching Netflix show Midnight Asia episode 3, Mumbai. Live a sheltered life I guess. Did not know the correct pronunciation of the city rhymed with Bombay. SarDar's Ahmed Ansari's pav bhaji looks to die for; soaking it up with crusty bread just makes it that much more appealing to me.

Contemplating the space flight plan for tonight.  Staying in LEO or the extra fuel to achieve escape velocity.  Nothing requiring any skills on the agenda tonight so either option should (an audible could hose it)  work.  For now I have settled on continuing the LEO ride but retain my option to change it up.
Regardless, it will be a smooth glide path landing so I can rally again.

Houston, we have a problem. Friday night's plan for LEO misfired badly. Main engine cutoff was faulty and launched the ship to Lagrange point L2. Emergency override caused an uncontrollable descent and rough landing. Mission control was not pleased Saturday morning.

The James Webb Space Telescope, and its acronym JWST, both have six phonetic syllables, so what's the point in speaking the acronym?

Because using an acronym makes you feel like you are part of the club, and excludes those who are not in "the know".  I hate acronyms in professional settings.

Funny you should mention that @Ozzie_Isaac. I have a copy of what was commonly referred to by folks at work as the "AB".

It is a 308 page document.

Thought you might enjoy reading a page from the above document.
