Found some Tri-Tip Steaks at my local Publix. I've never cooked one. This is the first time I've ever seen them locally. I've had them years ago in while living in Nebraska and visiting in CA. Trying some salmon in the style of Dixie. Stuffed with rice, shrimp and crawfish tails. This is a variant of what I stuff the chickens with.

One of the best things I have ever eaten was fresh caught Tuna in the Marshall Islands.
