    I’m going to go way out on a limb and say that is a kilt, not a skirt. With that said, I can say with 100% certainty that is not the attire worn in any Blue Lodge south of the Mason Dixon Line. I can also say with about 99% certainty that it is not worn in the Blue Lodges north of the Mason Dixon Line either. However there could be an extreme exception that I am not aware of. 
    The only time I know of them being worn in American Lodges would be during some Honorary, York or Scottish Degrees. However some foreign Lodges might wear them at their Blue Lodges.

    But worth it.  Went indirect as I had some ABT's on the extender for most of the wang cook.  I can deal with chix drippings directly on the lump but not the bacon grease.   
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
