  • They say garbage collector knows a lot about you, um ... must be thinking this cheap a** can't afford leaf disposal bags  :)

    Good lord, dude. You must go through a lot of lump and flour.

    Haha, not really, two of the flour bags are just-opened and transferred to big buckets. I also use more pellets than lump, can’t use plastic pellet bags for yard waste though. Love the yellow stickers, can just turn them away from the curb for regular garbage.

    btw, remember to try Pili Pili!

  • Painting the ceiling, going to take at least one more coat. To be followed by painting the living room walls first, the color is iffy but anything beats the sunshine yellow that the previous owner used.

    Just measured and drilled a bunch of holes for drawer pulls then put in 7 of them for my neighbors, the brisket camp lawyers.

  • Pops stopped by in his ride. He keeps it looking immaculate. Funny thing.... I use to have the exact same car, but in the 2011 model, including Track Pack. I bought mine first and there were a few years where we had them in tandem. Like son, like father, I suppose.

    Funny story about this photo. My father is a stoic and relatively serious man. I send him this photo and he says “I suppose we could photoshop out the German crap can.” LOL. I almost fell over.

    Finished the butt then made duck fajitas for dinner! Mallard & teal breast marinaded in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. Standard fajita veggies dusted with some citrus chili rub. Cooked the duck in bacon grease 🤤.

    Missing guacamole but these were some of the best I’ve had.
    Its been a long time since I've had duck. I'd be all about that.

    Used to duck hunt years ago in the Mississippi delta. My favorite was a skinless mallard breast marinated in olive oil and soy sauce, wrapped in bacon, and grilled to a medium rare. Better than any steak.

    I agree, that is hard to beat. I wish we got more mallards in this area but it makes me have to travel which isn’t so bad.

    @Botch @Battleborn Thank you guys!

    Always looking for opportunities, this one would be moving though.

    Sasquatch bbq's FIRE and MOSS rubs are two of my favorite things.
    Spiceology makes a lot of interesting things -quite fond of their "Hb" honey habanero rub.

    Good luck my friend. Hope it works out for you. I am also selling off a couple of properties and looking for a crash down spot.

    I really like the fire rub! My cousin in Orlando sent me some a few weeks ago! I will have to check out their honey habanero rub, that sounds good.
