@CPFC1905 Glad you managed to power thru as it looks like a great way to spend the day and wrap it up with a banquet. Better to be lucky than good any day.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@WeberWho, we have a lot of favorite spots up there, but the OMC and Bent Paddle is a pretty good combo. Northern Waters Smokehaus is the one place we never miss, but curious how they are handling things with social distancing there.Stillwater, MN

Went with a couple of pork tenderloins, stuffed with asiago cheese, sun dried tomatoes and a store bought spinach dip. (Shoulda loaded up with garlic-next time) Neighbors get one.
And the proverbial oozing money shot (too much filler...)

I'm working on the scooter just in time to put it away for winter.
I noticed oil on the crankcase a few years ago after riding it. So I parked it in the shed thinking it needed a head gasket. I ordered a head gasket last month so it was ready for tear down. Upon further inspection it wasn't a head gasket at all. It was a loose hose on the oil reservoir. The oil followed a couple other hoses and dripped down on the crankcase near the head. No head gasket needed. That saves me some headache.
The carb went to crap after sitting for a few years. The float went bad. So I cleaned up the carb and threw in a new float. I also replaced the fuel line and gromet as they were in need. I tossed in a new air filter. So it should run and breathe a whole lot better now. Only thing left now is a gasket for crankcase and tubes/tires.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Couple pics from the weekend. 2-2-1 spare ribs, Italian beef sammies were this weekends groceries.

@SciAggie- Way to enjoy a peaceful closure to the day. Trust it is measuring up.
The pic must be the opposite side of your incredible outdoor kitchen which until now was classified.
Curious minds (at least me) want to know what's in the glass besides ice.
Stay healthy and safe-
