Chicken done. The Nandos Piri-Piri was a waste of time, hardly any flavour. Levi Roots jerk paste keeps it's crown.

We have a great Piri piri recipe if you want it. Lack of flavo(u)r will not be an issue :)

Just got back from one of our favorite wineries. I had to put my Cabernet bottle in a cooler because it is around 103 degrees around here. Wife and dog figured that was too hot, so we came home and they are napping together.

Janell is the keeper of this recipe. I’ll have her send it to me and I’ll pass it along to you. We make it all the time and it’s a flavor bomb!

Enjoying a few home cooked ( not harvested) char-grilled oysters.  I could do these much more frequently than my current interval.  FWIW-

As with any oyster or clam...tasted better than they looked  B)

I say this in all sincerity. I always had a sneaky suspicion that you was an Oyster God. This confirms my suspicion 👍

And for clarity, you can add anus to the above list.

    ¼ cup olive oil
    2 lemons, zest and juice
    8 garlic cloves, peeled
    1 shallot, chopped
    2 TBSP tomato paste
    2 TBSP peanut butter
    6 arbol chiles, stemmed
    3 bay leaves, crushed
    1 TBSP salt
    1 TBSP sugar
    1 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP Chinese five spice powder

Place in blender (you need a good blender for this one) and blend to a paste. Use a food processor if you don’t have a blender that can blend a thick paste.

Marinate Your meat All day or, even better, overnight if you plan far enough ahead ahead.

With your money, I figured you just tossed out dull knives.  Glad to see that off-shore money hasn't gone to your head.

Taking the new stuffer for a test run. 20lbs of bratwurst

Cooper, feigning sleep but very much alert and ready to pounce at any misstep. He was almost rewarded handsomely but I saved it. Score one for the good guys. Better luck next time Coop!

@Wolfpack -  were you a food reviewer in a past life?  Asking as the above is a great description.  And the omelette looks great as well.

Dom (our youngest at 15) has his birthday in a couple of weeks. I told him he could have his mates round in the garden and get a Chinese take out, his favourite. Today he asked if I could cook on the Egg for them instead of take out!
I love it.  That has to make you feel pretty good.  What does he want you to cook on the Egg?
