Your chance to buy A5 grade beef since this particular restaurant in San Francisco isn't open with the lockdown. They're selling and shipping the meat. Although it's $600 for the meat package, I thought I read it ends up being $40/lb. Nothing I can afford by a long stretch but I see how some of you roll here. It might not be a bad deal for fresh A5 grade beef.

@ColtsFan I bet your webinars and zooms weren't as fun as the ones on Friday and Saturday night.

2ea 8oz Sher Family Wagyu Tenderloins
    20ea 6oz Angus Hanger Steaks

So I bit the bullet and ordered a flame boss from our friend at @stlcharcoal this morning.

I feel a little guilty about it, but I'll sleep better at night during  along cook.  Now I need to go get another brisket.

Good luck!  Submitted for EIDL immediately, promised $10k in 3 days.  2 weeks later got email saying it was now $1k and 1 week after that, have not received anything.  They did do a hard credit run and hurt my credit score though, so there is that.  Was going to also do PPP, but with EIDL experience decided not to.

Pretty sure you need a team of lawyers to actually get anything.

Believe it or not it all got sliced and eaten before I could get anything. I live with little gluttons. That and my parents came and got a few vac sealed bags. I had 1 slice.

probably have 80 to 100 hours in plus getting the accountants, bank, and healthcare providers on board. the application form changed twice during the process but now its passed thru the bank to the sba and approved. im  hoping its just a waiting game now. the eidl made me nervous so have not pursued it. the sba has already gotten back to me today so fingers crossed

Good deal!  Our CPA, book keeper, and tax lawyer were not sure what/how to do it all in the beginning.  Basically, they advised throw everything at the wall and see what sticks.  Rules and guidance were changing so fast.  I am glad you got it worked out, just in time too.  You should be in the next wave of funding.

should be first wave, the account was locked in the night before the funding ran out. what a mess, the girl at the bank channeling these packages was stressed out to no end, im sure she is not looking forward to wave two.

i would be pushing them now for wave two so all they have to do is send the sba application in on the day it opens. our bank app was dumb, several entries said things like "attach additional information" whatever that means

    Well, THAT sucked.
About ten days ago, one of the smart-alecs on my farcebook posted something like, "If you think working from home and schooling your kids sucks now, wait until Putin takes down our intranetz!"
Sure enough, next morning, Alexa wouldn't sing me a song, VOIP phones and computers dead, etc. After rebooting things, called my ISP, did some more troubleshooting, and he determined the antenna amp on my roof was bad. Finally got it fixed this afternoon.
On the bright side, went through one (of four) stacks of books to read, got some cleaning done, and am (sorta) rethinking my goal to cut the cable TV and go intranetz-only.
Hope you all enjoyed your break from my inane posts; that ends now.
