Hey gents, my brother in TX was nice enough to send out some frozen goods from Snow's in Lexington, TX. Brisket, jalapeno sausage, pork ribs, and pork steak. Can all this be prepped/warmed in the SV at 140 degrees? Looking for any recommendations.'Preciate it.=======================================

That's exactly what I would do with it. Although I reheat brisket at 150* SV, sure 140 is fine
