Fired up the egg today to make a 7lb pork shoulder for some family friends getting out of the hospital today! Should be able to deliver them a fresh and hot pulled pork dinner.

@JohnInCarolina you suck! All I've wanted is jerky since seeing your jerky post.
First time using the slicer I picked up a few years back for $75. I spent all day yesterday cleaning up the underside of the slicer from the previous owners neglect. I also took the time to lube the rails, sharpen the blade, and give it a bath. I should be good to go now to give jerky a try.
