    When you get take-out Pho, it's not something you're going to chow down on while driving your truck.  Well, I can imagine @piney managing that, but he's a professional.

    Get home and pour the broth in a BFB (Big F***in' Bowl).  Microwave that until it's starts boiling.  Then drop in the noodles and everything else.  There's so much thermal mass in the additions you need it *HOT*.
