    And, just like that, I have a new sprinkler controller.  Jason took one look at the display and said, "Yep, she's toast!"  He flipped another cover and said, "This was installed in 1996, you got your money's worth."  Me: "That didn't even last 25 years, WTF?!?"  (I like to whine)  
    Less than 10 minutes later he called me out to the back porch, asked how long I like each station to run, programmed that in, showed me how it worked, and done!  He got a 33% tip, he's so quick to show up and to get the work done.   :)

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    That looks great (as always)!  Any info on the tater salad?  I wanted to make some grilled PS a couple weeks back, but decided to go the German route in honor of my team before there untimely exit from the WeltMeister.

    Went out to fill a couple 5 gal cans with ethanol free and decided to pick up some Pho.  damn restaurant was closed so dropped in Hong Kong market and bought the ingredients. 
     How did you make Pho broth on a whim? It is like an 18hr process.

    Seasoning this butt up. I'll drop on the egg later for an overnight. My girls softball team has a tournament next week in TN.  I'm going to vaccum seal for dinners at the hotel. Can't beat the kitchenette and a SV.
