@YukonRon - you should dry age a few batches of Peeps. My neighbor really enjoys them at around the 6 month mark. I can't give you any descriptions but for a one box sacrifice you may be opened to a whole new experience.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.
