I don't know how many people have dropped by. That said I have been running Unit 1 in the 375 degree arena turning out food non stop for over 9 hours. As soon as I think I have caught up I'm forced to reload because the food is gone. Their have been numerous people in and out non stop. And it looks like no end in sight any time soon. Getting ready to load 3 more briskets.

I have my large egg but have not put fire in it at all. The demand for meat has been to high. I just keep reloading the vertical to keep up with demand.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

To meet demand I have been pushing the temp ever upwards on the vertical. The last batch of briskets were ran at 375 and finished at 425 degrees. The crowd seemed to like these the best. I did cheat a little but to spit them out in 4 hours I had no alternative my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Who cares if @SGH is playing the role of Tim the Toolman's neighbor w/ not showing his face. W e all know he has a very round face, bright yellow skin, overly bushy eyebrows and some gnarly teeth that would make the Grinch proud. Dude can bring it BIG TIME and that's enough for me.
