I do:
3/4 oz syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 oz Bourbon
Shake with ice and strain

I haven’t seen Woodford Reserve Double Oaked locally here in the GWN since the pandemic started. Last weekend, we crossed the border for the first time in 3 years and I grabbed the last two bottles at the duty free! Also got a bottle of Remus (never tried it).

Bell Haven's Scottish Ale at a local place in Louisville. Love this, very hard to find especially on draft. -

What's funny (to me) is that it is made by Heaven Hill, not exactly known to be top shelf. Good haul there. The Remus is a good pour for the price IMO. If you see their SR, it’s on another level.
