lousubcap said:@ColbyLang - Yes, I have spent that kind of $$ on a rare occasion (Japanese only Blanton's that a friend in country bought and discretely shipped to me) but I am beyond that now. If I had @RRP 's or @SGH's money I would revisit.BTW-while here, how successful was your auction? Only a general assessment ,no $$ desired.Happy Friday-
that $50 gets you three pours at the bar, door prize entry and live auction paddle, plus food
auction middle of March. We are prepped and ready to go. Three times the tickets as last year! -
Not knowing your advertising or marketing approach, (other than bourbon aficionados) I would be all-in just because of the scarcity of your offerings for us pedestrians.Great work right there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

It’s plenty strong that way. Are you making all 12 for yourself or are you sharing with some friends? 🤪
I do:
3/4 oz syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 oz Bourbon
Shake with ice and strain

I haven’t seen Woodford Reserve Double Oaked locally here in the GWN since the pandemic started. Last weekend, we crossed the border for the first time in 3 years and I grabbed the last two bottles at the duty free! Also got a bottle of Remus (never tried it).

Bell Haven's Scottish Ale at a local place in Louisville. Love this, very hard to find especially on draft. -

Saw this at a local joint. Don't know much about it.

Ahhh bourbon group birthday. Tapas restaurant. Old fashions and straight pours of a fancy Jack Daniels we all pitched in on and killed. Then to the home of the birthday boy and kept partying

Very good. Small batch blend at 100 proof. It’s checks all the boxes for me. And it’s local -which is even better.

@ColbyLang You are a true professional. If I pounded that selection in one go there would be no way I could post about it the same evening with any semblance of read ability.
