It is a 28% naturally fermented beer that is served still meaning you can treat it like a bourbon. Open it and serve a little, recap and revisit later on.pgprescott said:

Its a very special blend of barrel aged beers, different types of barrels, and some blends of the beer go back 28 years in barrels and blends.
It is only produced every other year, unable to get in I think 15 states due to silly beer abv laws. It is pretty difficult to come by (or at least it has been for me).
It could be considered an American strong ale.
