    Was easier than I thought.  Three days over four weeks out of work to get the paperwork signed off. 600 mles driving to meetup for appointments. 150 dollarfee. 7k to drop them. Still two sign-offs for habitat reconstruction this year and in two years

    rat snake? I haven't something like that since Ontario (various places between Toronto and Ottawa). Good reason for me to be in BC.

    Some out here (VERY residential area) is using heavy duty rodent poison. Starting to impact the eco as people are finding dead owls and the such. One person had their cat bring home a dead rat only to have the cat die a few days later. I have found a few rats around my yard that just seem to have died mid-stride.

    While I have no love for snakes, they have less impact outside of their intended kill range.

    Thank you, and absolutely zero complaints.  Best thing that could have ever happened to me.  Down 50 lbs, and back to all the hobbies and things I set aside years ago.  Feel like I’m 20 again and just doing things because they make me happy without worrying about helping someone else emotionally regulate - super freeing.

    Do didn’t know you went through that @Ozzie_Isaac , can be rough can be good … I went through it around 25 years ago….we still own our company together after all these years , we split nothing ( we sold our rentals years after the divorce) I just loaded a couple things in my truck and started fresh, easy peasy

    same phone camera only outdoors verse indoors.  should have it all cut to 8 and 12 foot board size and then get quotes for a mobile saw to cut the boards in the driveway later this summer.  theres roughly a 1000 board feet between this pile and another one

    Wish ours went that way, I loaded up my cooking gear, my hobby stuff, and some clothes.  She is at the primary house as this drags on.  Businesses are still moving along, but I won’t stay in them long term.  We do well when working business together, but I am looking forward to a fresh start.
