It's a fraud thing. Your exposure and theirs is higher with a cash acct.

It's your money, but you gave it to them to hold, so it's their rules.

You could always go full mattress or coffee can buried in the back yard.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

Me: I would like to increase my debit card spending limit.
    Bank:  answer all these questions.
Bank: my supervisor needs to know what you are purchasing
Me: none of your business, I am the supervisor of my finances.
Bank: unfortunately we are unable to increase your spending limit.
Me: put your supervisor on the phone I don't have time for this.
Bank: I was able to increase your spending limit.

I really need to find a different bank.

I really appreciate using local banks in situations like this, they were of course a local bank, but they were bought out and closed our branch so now I no longer have a personal relationship anyone working there, the closest branch is 45 miles away.

FWIW, one of my loyalty programme accounts got hacked recently. The $600+ balance got wiped clean, wish they have guardrails in place to challenge abnormal/suspicious activities. It's a double-edged sword.

Copper permatex everywhere!! New gasket installed. Wax paper between the gasket and the dome as per Ron’s tutorial. Will trim the excess copper goo once it dries

Trimming is easier said than done.  Been there.  Wish I had been a tad more careful on the install.  Nothing catastrophic, just a bit unsightly and an absolute beotch to "trim".  Of course I'm on the German spectrum, so I like things "just so".

Yeah, tried a new blade on the olfa...

Fun seeing the Twins walk it off in the bottom of the 9th this afternoon.

Baseball is my 2nd favorite live sporting event behind hockey. I’m excited for the A’s to get to Vegas (if it happens, there are still doubts locally) even if I don’t like the team.

Watching Carolina versus Florida NHL playoffs. 1 to 1 right now. And I guess I am playing defense. I gave each of my dogs a flavored chew toy. The old dog parked his between my feet for me to guard it from the young one.

Florida V Dallas would be a heck of a series. I hope Pete gets a ring. He got screwed by us. I love Paul too.

Spent the last hour futzing with Duckduckgo, a browser from the Apple App Store.  I didn't realize it had a well-functioning ad deleter for the infuriating ads on EweTube, and it's working much better than the "Swizztube" app that I had been using.  Recommended!   B)

Drove to my parents town. Then drove them another hour North to attend my Aunt Vivian’s funeral. Then reversed the route with an hour of downpour south of my parents town. The downpour followed me and just knocked out the cable.

One of three most privacy-protective mainstream browsers, from what I’ve heard.
