A quick and humble tuna melt. @weberwho knows what’s goin’ on in the bottom right. Also, a homemade spinach salad.Letting the kids watch Home Alone in anticipation of Christmas.

Definitely a sum is better than the whole. Goes to show you do not need 1000 fancy ingredients to make a good dish. Careful preparation and layering those few ingredients make all
the difference.

That chili was the basis for the tweaked version that I made a couple weeks ago. I screwed up the process in a few places and it was still delicious.

Last night's pedestrian family dinner. Off to a good start...
Must be the lighting, came out way too reddish...
SWMBO tried a new dish, steamed buttercup squash with warm garlic ghee dressing, pretty good...

@Canugghead - that top pic is just showing off. Well deserved!
Beyond that- the pedestrians had no clue about how well they were eating. As always a true gourmet delight.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Took some smoked chicken lollipops to the office luncheon today. Glazed with a mix of cherry coke, sweet baby rays and chipotle seasoning. Decent combination.

I have questions:
- did you remove the netting prior to cooking? Or, is it ok to smoke it with the netting on?
- seeing that its a spiral cut ham, did it dry out to any extent? I'm always in two minds, re whether to do a non-spiral cut vs. spiral cut, ham on the egg.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
Chicken and French fries. Tried some fried chicken strips earlier today so had some oil and extra potatoes.

Never closed the loop on yesterday’s meal. Plus, more posts pads my count.Pepper stout beef, Guinness cheddar sauce, and a blueberry cake for dessert. Not pictured was a salad. The beef was served on buns.
