It’s getting colder and had to make some comfort food. Lasagna for the win! There are three layers in there. Enjoying this tonight with a couple pours of The Prisoner wine.

We made tacos out of this, garnished with pineapple pico de gallo salsa, salsa verde, cilantro, with lime wedges. Pretty, pretty, pretty good!

This may sound odd, but I made my plate in my head (with all of the above + pickled red onions), and enjoyed the heck out of it.JohnInCarolina said:The chopped results:

I feel like the odd thing would be to NOT do this. I’ve been doing this with your cook posts for years. This is odd?!?!?!caliking said:

The odd thing is skimping on the garlic, let’s tell the people the truth here."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Not many more steps to that in this recipe. Incredibly easy.Hook_emHornsfan_74 said:

Halibut

Some times I have to cook inside. Pishh, I know rightFort Wayne Indiana -
My egging area is temporarily outta service. But made this in the air fryer tonight to put in a Caesar salad. 375 deg f for 10 minutes is spot on.Cubed some chicken breasts, coated in boars head garlic aioli for a binder, then a little salt and sicily blend seasoning. One of those “keep it simple” things that turned out to be great. Repeater.

Man I’d tear that up.MasterC said:Halibut

I will give that a shot next time. Quetico is actually not that far from me either. And if I didn't already know where your from, I know I would have a close guess by how you named the fish your uncle used.keener75 said:

I don’t think I have ever seen boneless skinless drumstick medallions before.

I had no idea that’s what they were until you now mentioned it😂😂So much for reading the label. Funny thing is they looked just like thighs when I put into the marinadeDoubleEgger said:I don’t think I have ever seen boneless skinless drumstick medallions before.Greensboro North Carolina

Thanks for the alert to focus on the potato. That steak is a masterful outcome, likely woulda missed given the potato lead.
