Agreed and not sure if FSU is top 10 team at year end and if so they would be a much different opponent than today anyway— but there are some ranked teams later in the fall— my take is GT showed the foundation last year and have built on it. they pass the eye test as a well coached formidable squad you can back any Saturday.
Hopefully this isn’t the high point of the season and they can keep the momentum going. It sure feels good today regardless.Buckwoody Egger said:college football starts at noon tomorrow with the ireland game, just over 12 hours away-- GO JACKETS -
I wonder what a dermatologist watching porn does when they see a concerning spot on an actor or actress?

That is crazy. I looked around and it seems she survived OK. She was actually treated here at Duke hospital.zaphod said:

This ad has run on Facebook for two days now; trying to decide if its a good deal:

Yeah but I thought we were supposed to use profanity on here. Satan will be giving free skiing lessons in Hades before I do business with them again.Canugghead said:they are still hopeful, lol

Sounds cheap!
Environmentally unfriendly and all, but I miss the days of my hard copy newspaper subscription. Something so satisfying about paper and a coffee. -

Couple of you guys need to look at that WaPo offer a bit closer...

This evening has all the potential to be quite pedestrian, as are most these days. But there's always a brown water cocktail to fuel LEO.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Not only was it deceptive, but they misspelled “labour” (nod). -
You and me both. The Salt Lake Tribune went from a "for-profit" to a "non-profit" status a couple years ago, and laid off a lot of their staff (I noted that most of the true investigative reporters were let go and most of the sports writers got investigative assignments in their place; which had a "high-school-jock-favoritism" ring to it). After a bit they dropped the Sunday edition, then they had to go to just two issues a week; they also went to $25/quarter (I was on auto-pay). When my credit card got compromised about 6 months ago, they sent me an email asking for an alternate payment, and that's when I learned it wasn't $25/quarter, but $25/10 weeks! I told them that's just a bit too much, and wished them luck. That's why I'm kinda sensitive to that kind've deceptive pricing now (and caught the WaPo swindle right off the bat).GrateEggspectations said:Environmentally unfriendly and all, but I miss the days of my hard copy newspaper subscription. But, yeah. I miss sitting down with a hot tea and a newspaper; the laptop isn't quite the same.

They're on the ball, I guess; ad updated tonight!Botch said:This ad has run on Facebook for two days now; trying to decide if its a good deal:

While I could see the actual price offered is $29/year, but it doesn't specifically say that, here. I would email them to have a written response before I'd jump on this.

Catching up with Friday night as I have been business occupied until arriving home around 30 minutes ago. Did have double bourbon on the inbound flight from DCA so I have a bit of a start. Will get to the latest (delayed) war related articles in the OT section in a few minutes.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer!
