I don’t know @Ozzie_Isaac, that’s a bit garish for Mardi Gras, isn’t it?THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

At first I thought so too, but then I realized I could store all my beads and plastic trumpets in it.Legume said:I don’t know @Ozzie_Isaac, that’s a bit garish for Mardi Gras, isn’t it?

BTAC drop at a local spot.

I left the old smoky untouched. 🤣 -

I said God Da-n. @pgprescott I will never see that assembly anywhere in my sphere of influence. Dang! He!! of a score.
BTW (By the way) what is BTAC translated into real words?

Thanks @saluki2007. Around here we are lucky to find regular Buffalo Trace on the shelf every few weeks-never mind the rest. And 58 miles from the distillery! Glad someone nailed the deal-

BTAC hasn’t dropped here yet. Another local
spot got their store pick Buffalo Trace today. Had the wife pick up 2 while she was out and about. -

Can anyone point me to the dome thermometers that are oversized with large numbers? Seems I have seen them before but can not find them now that I need.Snellville, GA
-
@Eggdicted_Dawgfan - I have one in my LBGE sourced from my BGE dealer. The one I have is around 3" in diameter. Others here have smokeware thermos but I don't recall the number size. Hope this helps.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. @lousubcap is yours the large numbers? Is it made by BGE?Snellville, GA

I did find something like that online but I thought I once saw a 3" with large print numbers. Maybe wishful thinking?Snellville, GA

@Eggdicted_Dawgfan incoming pic-manufacturer is Tel-Tru. Great analog thermos.

As an aside I cannot understand why the 200*F is upside relative to the other major numbers. That pattern is consistent with the smaller size and even older BGE supplied thermos.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Agree with Frank. The Tel-Tru thermometers are very high quality and accurate. And hold calibration well.

Thank you guys. I guess I was dreaming when I saw the large print. I will get this in route. Thanks for the help. I think they turned the 200 upside down so its easier to read when the thermometer is upright where 450 is at the noon position.Snellville, GA

Note that "700" has the same orientation as 200, for the reason @Eggdicted_Dawgfan stated.Eggdicted_Dawgfan said:Thank you guys. I guess I was dreaming when I saw the large print. I can keep an eye out. It’s all Over the place around here. I’m leaving on a golf trip Sunday but I’ll make the rounds. Buffalo Trace is always available here if people need that. Anywhere from 26-36 bucks. Cheerslousubcap said:I said God Da-n. @pgprescott I will never see that assembly anywhere in my sphere of influence. Dang! He!! of a score.

Nice. We are going just north of Lagos this time, exploiting the luxury of travelling without children.Eoin said:Armacao de Pera, Algarve. Nice place, we were there 2 years ago just before covid hit.
With the kids we used to go a bit further east to Burgau. There's a lovely beach with very nice cafe at Zavial, a few kms further on from Burgau. Be warned though, the far end is for sun lovers of the uninhibited kind.Other girls may try to take me away

I'm so looking forward to the PXG Irons, already have the 3 metal and Driver!!littlerascal56 said:
Sold the Callaway CF19’s for $500 (4-PW) locally. I also sold a set of Titleist T200 irons for $600, but they were like new. Head flew off the 7 iron, and I found out Titleist built a bunch of these with “bad” epoxy. Factory wanted me to send in to replace epoxy on set, but was going to take 8 weeks.bradleya123 said:
What did you get for your Apex 19's? I have a set that I'm gonna get rid of mine after my PXG Fitting, @littlerascal56ColbyLang said:
I’ve got the G410 driver and fairway woods. Didn’t hit the Ping 425’s as good as the Callaway’s. Kind of disappointed as my last set were Ping I3’s (circa 2000). Just can’t believe how much better I hit the Roguelittlerascal56 said:
@ColbyLang Callaway irons are “money”. I just sold my APEX 19’s for a ridiculous price on eBay, and bought Ping G425’s after a fitting session.
