@Sea2Ski - you are on first. I will leverage off your talents and hopefully replicate.
Your sister has impeccable tastes and knows how to find unique and appreciated gifts. Of course, she also owns that off-shore boat you get to enjoy if memory serves me right while not too adult beverage clouded.
A banquet awaits!

I purchased a manual tamale machine in the recent past and forgot to post it.
It is a BE&SCO Model 40 NSF- It can produce around 35 dozen tamales per hour.
It is hand crank operated.

Guessing you really like tamales.

I love me some tamales, but I’m too lazy to make them and the Abuela that sits on the corner with a cooler full selling them makes some grub.HeavyG said:GregW said:I purchased a manual tamale machine in the recent past and forgot to post it.

Couple places here make bank during hunting season. Venison tamales. Cash only. 10# deboned meat increments. They come back vac packed 6 per bag, 6 dozen per case and they’re phenomenal

In the market, what’d you buy?loco_engr said:golf shoes -
Here's a video from the manufacture. It's not a NSF rated machine, however they operate the same way.

I do like them. I've been making them and selling off and on for around 14 years.HeavyG said:

I suspected that, based on the venison tamales.
Tamales from your region are typically very different from Mexican tamales. They are simmered in a sauce rather than steamed. I'm particularly interested in the Mississippi Delta style tamale that is cooked in the sauce.
There is some really good Delta style tamale information here:

I managed to catch this one on sale for $299 plus tax, 1 5.6 amp battery and charger included. Not self propelled but it didn't really need it. I'm sure the neighbors like the reduced noise level and I like not breathing exhaust .nolaegghead said:I wanted to buy the Ego since I have their blower and string trimmer plus 2 56V batteries but it was around $350 for their cheapest mower with no batteries. -

Three exterior impact doors to replace the last of our non impact doors/windows.

Ordered last November and the final door is going in today. Now all we need to do is get another wind mitigation inspection for our home insurer to receive the full benefit to all these replacement window/doors.Ubi panis, ibi patria.

Just came in the mail. It is made by Ontario knife co. Model RAT 2. I haven’t carried a knife for a while because I usually either lose them or break them doing things they aren’t meant for. That and my favorite is to heavy to carry daily. I like it so far and it’s light weight too.I had carried my grandpa’s custom knife for a little while but didn’t want to lose it, so here we are.
