Out of Cure (3 weeks), rinsed and coated with Calabrian Pepper, into beef bung then into the chamber for a couple monthslkapigian said:Saw a loin roast at the store and thought, why not ....Lonzino ....cure for 3 weeks then into maturation chamber for a month or 2....cant beat it for 10 bucks

Thanks. It's definitely nothing to play with. I have too many people in my life that are high risk. I'd never want to live with the thought that my negligence caused another harm.
